I'm on the downside of a 14-hour day and winding now. No deep theological thoughts for me tonight, but I still want to give thanks.
I'm thankful for a great day in the Lord, from start to finish. His presence has been truly wonderful, from the singing of Christmas hymns to the message He wanted me to preach, to the beautiful fellowship I have shared with God's people all day long.
I'm thankful for people who surround me with their love.
I'm thankful for the Word of God, which is quick and powerful, and able to accomplish so much on its own.
